It’s as Easy as “1-2-3”!<\/p>\n

When you get up in the morning and pull up your emails,do you have to constantly scroll down to find where the important mail is?
\nStop this madness by taking 2 minutes at the beginning of every day by SIMPLY “unsubscribing” at the bottom of your junk emails.<\/p>\n

We all have a bad habit of just clicking “junk” or “delete” when we scroll down in our inbox but this is just a temporary fix. Yes it is fast, but if you take a few minutes every day to follow the “unsubscribe” guidelines below, by the end of the week you will be living spam free.<\/p>\n

Every legitimate email will have a visible unsubscribe mechanism, and this is usually a link at the bottom of the email. If you want to unsubscribe, scroll all the way down to the bottom and look for the \u201cUnsubscribe\u201d link. It\u2019s often in fairly small text so you don\u2019t notice it, but it should always be there<\/p>\n

SO all you have to do, when you first open your inbox is:<\/p>\n

1. Open up the emails you want to stop receiving.<\/p>\n

2. Scroll down to the very bottom of the page and look for
\nsomething like this in the small print. I mean VERY small print.
\n(Update Email | Update Profile | Unsubscribe)<\/p>\n

3. Click the unsubscribe tab and say goodbye forever.<\/p>\n

We are all tempted to give our emails out in stores or online to get their promotions.sales and coupons, but this is how it starts so try and avoid this practice unless you really .<\/p>\n
